Building Relationships


Dean has been building relationships with artists in the entertainment industry since 2006 and his reputation for integrity and hard work is one of the reasons why performers continue to put their faith and trust in him. As a result of this, he set up Midas Talentpr in 2012.

What Dean Does


Dean's specialty is Reality TV stars from award winning shows such as The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent but he can also supply up and coming bands, singers, models and guest speakers. Dean is also available to do single, album and gig reviews and band/artist features.

The Talent Spotter


Dean's eye for spotting upcoming talent, has earned him the nicknames of the 'New Simon Cowell' & 'X Factor's 5th Judge'. His prediction successes include One Direction & Leona Lewis. In early 2012 Jonjo Kerr gave the agency its first number one in the UK charts.

In Demand


As well as owning Midas Talentpr, Dean is regularly in demand for television, radio, press and online media. His Reality TV features and reviews appear on Tellymix, The Huffington Post, UK Undiscovered and Attinis (Sinitta's business website).

News Update - May 2013: Auditions are being held at Chase Bar on the Newcastle Quayside, Thursday 13th June, for a new girl band. Dean has called in legendary songwriting producer John McLaughlin to help with the project. For more information visit visit this page
